Pets
Italy -Greece:
A limited number of cabins are available for pet
carriage. It is necessary to reserve these cabins in advance. Should these be fully booked, we alternatively offer a small number of kennels. Owners or guardians are required to have their pet's valid health documents with them while travelling and follow all entry regulations. Pets are not allowed indoors (bars, restaurants and other public
areas) or in vehicles, while access to the vehicle deck is forbidden during
crossings, and when walking on the open deck they are required to wear muzzle and be on a
leash, accompanied by the pet owner or guardian. The pet owner or guardian is held fully responsible for any damages caused by the pet.
Pet Carriage in cabins: Euro 50 per pet per way. Pet cabins are
4bed outside cabins that can be booked as 4bed, 3bed, 2bed, or single.
Single occupancy has an extra surcharge. Pet cabins are not available on a
per bed basis. Per carriage in kennels: Euro 20 per pet per way.

Children under the age of 4 who do not occupy a bed/berth pay only 5,5 Euro per passage. Children under the age of 4 who occupy a
bed/aircraft type seat pay
50% of the selected adult fare. There is 50% discount on fares for

All clients travelling with Hybrid cars (all year) are offered a 50% discount on vehicle. Copy of car
license is the valid proof of having a hybrid car, which should be sent to Travel agent (per fax,
e-mail) to get the discount. All Car licenses state the wording Hybrid.

· CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made at the Travel Agency, Port Agency, Premium Sales Agent or Superfast
Ferries S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. offices that reservation and payment have taken place. The
following amounts are refunded:

A 100% refund, up to 21 days prior to departure.

A 50% refund, from 20 days to 24 hours prior to departure.

Superfast Ferries S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. have no obligation to refund 24 hours prior to
ship's departure or if the passenger does not report at check-in.
- In the event of a partial cancellation of a round trip ticket, the ticket
holder will be charged a
SUPERONE (one way) fare.
· OPEN
RETURN TICKETS
Passengers with open return tickets should confirm their return date with
Superfast Ferries or the issuing travel agency at least one week prior to
departure (during low season) and two weeks prior to departure (during
high season) .The return fare will correspond with the season during which
the passenger is travelling. Any difference in price with the pre-paid
fare will be paid by the passenger at port prior to check-in. Superfast
Ferries cannot guarantee return reservations and is not responsible for
failure to transport passengers.

Reservation
According to National SOLAS
Organisation, the following information is obligatory when a reservation is made: Name and Surname, Sex, Date of birth, Type of vehicle and registration number (if there is one). For passengers of non-European Community countries (or
Schengen) the following information is also required: Passport number and expiry date, Visa expiry date.
Ticket
Validity
Tickets are valid for one year after issue, except for tickets with restricted validity. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable, unless if the law states differently. The passenger name written on the tickets should be the same passenger to get on board. Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A., reserve the right to ask from passengers to provide valid travel documents prior to sailing and bear no responsibility if a passenger-different from the one written on the ticket- travels, by showing valid documents (passport, identity card, travel papers) corresponding to the passenger name written on the ticket.
Exchange Rate
The fares of tickets purchased abroad or onboard may differ due to fluctuation of exchange rate.

Cancellations-Refunds.
Cancellations can be made at the Travel Agency, Port Agency, Premium Sales Agent or Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. offices that reservation and payment have taken place. The amounts to be refunded are as follows:
*100% refund, up to 14 days prior to sailing.
* 50% refund, from 13 days up to 24 hours prior to sailing. Alternatively, clients can make their
ticket OPEN with validity for one year from issue date.
* Superfast Ferries S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. have no obligation of a refund 24 hours prior to
ship's departure or if the passenger fails to report at check-in. Passengers have the right to
make their ticket OPEN with validity for one year from issue date.
* In case of a partial cancellation of a round trip of which the one crossing has been
completed, the passenger will be charged a one way fare and will be refunded as per above for the
balance of the round trip fare.
* In case of a whole cancellation of a round trip, the passenger will be refunded as per above(according to the time of cancellation).
A refund must take place until three months after the date of travel. Request for a refund must be made in writing. Cancellations and refunds can only be settled through theTravel Agency, Port Agency, Premium Sales Agent or Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. offices that reservation and payment have taken place. Port Agencies may cancel a reservation once check-in is finalised but not refund money. Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. are entitled to retain the total value of ticket if the passenger interrupts his voyage at an intermediate port, unless the interruption is due to illness, accident or force
majeure.
Open Return
Passengers with open return should reserve their return journey through the Travel Agency, Premium Sales Agent, Port Agent or Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. offices, that reservation and payment have taken place, well in advance. Return fares are always calculated on the basis of the low season fare. In case a passenger travels in shoulder or high season or during a period in which a new tariff is valid, then the difference between the current and the pre-paid fare has to be paid. S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. cannot guarantee availability and passenger transfer on their desired travel dates.
Ticket loss
In case of ticket loss, the passenger should immediately notify the issuing Travel Agent, Premium Sales Agent, Port Agent, Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. In this case, the passenger collects the reissued ticket only from the port office with valid identification. Note: At check-in, all passengers should provide proof of ticket ownership with either a valid identity card or passport.

S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. require valid proof upon request for discounted fares e.g.: a) infants, b) children, c) senior citizens, d) students, e) youths f) hybrid & electric cars.
Group Requests
Group fares are provided upon request through Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. Travel Agencies and Premium Sales Agents. A group consists of a minimum of 16 passengers.
Unaccompanied Children
Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. do not accept reservations for unaccompanied children under the age of 15 years old. Reservations for young people from 15 up to 18 years old are only acceptable if the parental or legal guardian has given his /her written permission for the unaccompanied voyage. Passengers with special needs
Our vessels provide specially designed cabins with easy access and operation to accommodate passengers with special needs. Due to a limited number of cabins it is necessary to reserve in advance. For further information, please call the Customer Service Direct Line.
Pets
The number of pet cabins on board is limited. It is essential to reserve these cabins in advance. In case these are fully booked, we alternatively offer a small number of kennels, which are also necessary to be booked in advance. Owners are required to have their pet's valid health documents with them while travelling
(EU citizens are additionally required to have their EU Pet Passport) and follow all entry regulations. For all cats, dogs and ferrets valid rabies vaccination document is obligatory. For more information, please always check with your veterinary and your local travel agent. Pets are not allowed in the rest of cabins (bars, restaurants and other common areas) or in vehicles (unless if you have booked camping on board), as access to the vehicle deck is not permitted during the trip. On the open deck pets are required to wear muzzle and be on a leash, accompanied by the pet owner. The pet owner is responsible for the care, safety and hygiene of the pet
observing all laws and regulations related to the above.
Camping on Board
Camping on board is available from April 1st to October 31st. Due to limited space for camping on board, it is always recommended to book in advance. For safety reasons, cooking and the use of gas or fire by camping on board passengers is strictly forbidden. Please pay special attention to the camping on board instructions available on board.
Meals
Meals are not included in the ticket price.
Personal Belongings
Superfast Ferries S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. are not responsible for loss of money or valuables left in open storage spaces or in cabins. In case of loss of any personal item please report to the Reception Desk on the ferry during the trip or call the Customer Service Direct Line.
Boarding Procedure
All passengers should have a valid passport, identity card or other travel documents. Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. are not responsible in case the authorities prevent a passenger from continuing his/her trip. Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. reserve their rights to deny embarkation to any passenger who does not provide valid travel documents. In case a fine is imposed on Superfast Ferries
S.A. or Blue Star Ferries S.A. by the immigration office, the amount will be charged to the passenger who failed to provide the proper legal documents. In the event of immigration officials refusing entry, the passenger will be sent back at his own expense. We would recommend that citizens of all states contact the appropriate consulate for details. Infants and children also require an official form of identification. All persons and all items brought on board the vessel are liable to be searched. Persons refusing to comply with this demand shall be denied access on board and will be reported to the appropriate port authorities. All passengers are required to present their boarding card and a valid passport or ID to the vessel's authorized personnel. The carrier reserves the right to deny embarkation to any individual who does not possess a valid boarding card and valid travel documents or fails to prove beyond doubt, his/her identity. Once you get on board you are not allowed to disembark prior to sailing. If you do so, you should take all your luggage and/or vehicle. Please report at check-in any firearms you might carry.
Currency on board
Currency on board is Euro. Exchange Bureaus and ATM cash points are also available. Major Credit cards are accepted.
Telecommunications & Internet
The following communication options are available on board:
* Coin-operated telephones via satellite.
* The use of your cellular (mobile) phone during the whole duration of the voyage. There are special rates for this roaming via satellite service. For more information please contact the Reception Desk on board.
